MIDCOAST Council is calling for nominees to join its Arts and Creative Industries Reference Group.
The Reference Group was established to provide strategic advice to Council on the planning, development and delivery of services to support the arts and creative industries in the MidCoast region.
“The Reference Group members play an important role in guiding the implementation of the MidCoast Cultural Plan 2036,” council said in a statement.
“As a member of the Reference Group you will work to encourage collaboration across the sector to build capacity and create additional opportunities for local arts and creatives.
“Members also advise on Council’s direct investment in local arts projects through the annual MidCoast Arts Support Program, and the future of council’s cultural services.”
Nominations are now open until 30 April.
