GLOUCESTER Garden Club has elected a new team to lead the organisation forward into the future.
Headed by Di Relf as the new president, there are several fresh faces following the club’s annual meeting last week.
Di takes over from Shirley Hazell at the helm of the club, with Aldo Razza as vice president.
Secretary and treasurer are the wife and husband team of Michele and Bob Marland, who did not attend the meeting as they were away overseas on holidays.
The five-member committee of management includes Debbie Cook, Garth Rodrom, Janis Eastoe, Alan George and Shirley Hazell.
Stepping back this year are long time stalwarts Judy Holstein, Robert Sparke and Robyn Henderson.
Also taking up roles were Sharyn Blanch (flower and veggie competition organiser), Kim and Kevin Arney (keepers of the kettle), Dot Harris and Mandy Griffis (trading table organisers), Robert Mendham (keeper of the speaker), Judy Earle (membership registrar), Susan Dixon (newsletter editor), Debbie Cook (raffle convener), Toni Graham (new Public Officer), and Peter Hazell (publicity).
