HEAVY fog, welcomed a very warm Autumn day for the final of the Bonnie Hazelwood Triples, as well as the 2 matches of Triples for the social players. In the Social games, the team of Ruth Redman,Penny Gibson and Norma Relf 25 defeated Di Pritchard,Deb Horner and Kerrie Green 15 and in the other game Val Pritchard, Debbie English and Joan Ridgeway 14 ,in a close game defeated Bev Germon,Gina Dalmulder and Bev Murray 13. The Bonnie Hazelwood Triples match saw some great bowls played by both teams with the eventual winners being Jenny Burley, Joy Hurworth( sub for Jill Carson)and Suzanne Cross 20 defeating the team of Jill Everett, Jenny Stevens and Judy Sheely 12, congratulations to all. The trophy’s for the day, was a draw of the cards over all games, for winners and losers in specific positions. Winning Skip;Ruth Redman,Second:Debbie English and Lead:Jenny Burley.
And Losing Skip:Judy Sheely, Second:Gina Dalmulder and Lead:Kerrie Green. The draw has been done for the Consistency Singles Championship for play to start on April 8th.
