THE second round of the of the Ladies Pairs Championship were played with Bev Germon and Joan Ridgeway defeating Jenny Stevens and Louise Clements 28/8 and Bev Murray and Di Pritchard defeating Jill Everett and Judy Sheely 18/11 therefore the final will be played on Wednesday 1st of October between Bev and Joan and Bev and Di.
There were two games of Social Bowls, 1 game of Pairs with Helen Banks and Val Pritchard defeating Gina Dalmulder and Julie Kriss 26/11 and 1 of Triples with Deb Cushway, Jenny Burley and Penny Gibson defeating Paula Standen, Jill Carson and Cheryl Tull 18/12.
The ever popular “Spider” event was won by Penny Gibson prior to the competitions, congratulations Penny.
The draw has been done for the Ladies Fours Championship and is on the board with play to Start on Wednesday 8 October.
